Lasagna with minced meat and cheese


2 tsp. "Lof" Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 kg pork or beef mince
1/4 cup of finely chopped onions
1/4 cup "Aspro Pato" Dry Red Table Wine
4 tomatoes, finely chopped
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1 pack lasagna 
250 g ricotta, grated
250 g mozzarella, grated



Place a large pan over medium heat.
Add 2 tsp. of  "Lof" Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sauté the onion. 
Then, add the minced meat and allow it to cook. 
Sprinkle the minced meat with salt and pepper. 
Add the red wine, the finely chopped tomatoes and the tomato paste.
Stir and leave the mix to simmer for approx. 15 mins.
In a pot with salted water, boil the lasagna according to the instructions on the pack.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Lightly oil the inside of a baking tray and cover the surface with a layer of pasta.
Cover it with a thin layer or minced meat and repeat the process with all the lasagna.
After mixing the ricotta and the mozzarella together, sprinkle on top of the lasagna.
Place the tray in the oven and cook for 35 mins.
When you take the food out of the oven, make sure to allow some time for the tray to cool off and then serve.
