Lasagna with minced meat and cheese
Ingredients
• 2 tsp. "Lof" Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/2 kg pork or beef mince
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1/4 cup of finely chopped onions
• 1/4 cup "Aspro Pato" Dry Red Table Wine
• 4 tomatoes, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp. tomato paste
• 1 pack lasagna
• 250 g ricotta, grated
• 250 g mozzarella, grated
Execution
• Place a large pan over medium heat.
• Add 2 tsp. of "Lof" Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sauté the onion.
• Then, add the minced meat and allow it to cook.
• Sprinkle the minced meat with salt and pepper.
• Add the red wine, the finely chopped tomatoes and the tomato paste.
• Stir and leave the mix to simmer for approx. 15 mins.
• In a pot with salted water, boil the lasagna according to the instructions on the pack.
• Preheat the oven to 200°C.
• Lightly oil the inside of a baking tray and cover the surface with a layer of pasta.
• Cover it with a thin layer or minced meat and repeat the process with all the lasagna.
• After mixing the ricotta and the mozzarella together, sprinkle on top of the lasagna.
• Place the tray in the oven and cook for 35 mins.
• When you take the food out of the oven, make sure to allow some time for the tray to cool off and then serve.
