Product Replacement Request


For B2C customers in Greece


If you wish to return part of your order or your order as a whole, there is an option to replace it with products of equal value, but refunds are not supported.

The procedure that your need to follow is as described below:

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Product replacement request”, indicating the order number. 
The email must specify the reason why you wish to replace the products, and you must indicate the exact products (code, number of pieces and price) with which you want us to replace the returned products,. 
Products must be returned exclusively by Geniki Taxydromiki at the following address: Savouidakis SA - Athens Branch, 6 Pontou St., Agios Ioannis Rentis, P.C. 18233, tel. (+30) 2104811032 
Orders in Crete must be returned exclusively by Geniki Taxydromiki at the following address: Savouidakis SA, Headquarters, Agia Varvara, Heraklion Crete, P.C. 70003, tel.: +30 28940 22 222
Once the forwarding company has received the product from your place, please send us an email at [email protected] indicating the tracking number, the order number and the date of purchase.
Upon receiving the product, we will process your request immediately and notify you via email on how it will be fulfilled.
We would like to note that if the sender has not observed the aforementioned procedure in regard to the return or the product does not meet the replacement requirements (excellent packaging condition etc.), it shall be returned to its sender at the expense of the same.

For Β2Β customers in Greece

If you wish to return part of your order or your order as a whole, there is an option to replace it with products of equal value, but refunds are not supported.
You will need to send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Product replacement request”, indicating the order number, and the competent salesperson will contact you to examine your request.

Product replacement requests are not supported for orders outside Greece.
