General terms for B2B orders


Return of non-defective products 

The products returned must be in excellent condition, as they were at the time of receipt. Products can be replaced by other items of equal value upon agreement. There are no refunds. The return cost shall be borne by the customer.

Return of defective products 


If the product is defective at the time of receipt (e.g. damaged palette, boxes), you must not accept the delivery. If the forwarding company does not assume responsibility, please contact Savouidakis SA at +30 210 48 11 032, +30 28940 22 222 for further action.
 
In the event that the product has a defect which is not due to the forwarding company’s fault, please contact us at +30 210 48 11 032, +30 28940 22 222 within 5 calendar days since the day of receipt, in order to discuss the details for the product’s replacement.
 
Defective products can be replaced by other items of equal value upon agreement. There are no refunds.
 
Savouidakis SA shall not be responsible for replacing any products whose content (e.g. color, composition) has been altered due to non-observance of the terms for proper storage, as indicated on the packaging.
 
In regard to products close to their expiration date, Savouidakis SA must be informed at the latest 1 month before their expiration date. Otherwise, it will not be possible to return these products (this specific parameter only concerns olive oil; there is no return option for other products).
 
It is not possible to return products close to their expiration date, in the event that subsequent orders have been placed by the same business with a later expiration date, due to the fact that the products with the older expiration date should have been sold first (fifo) *(this specific parameter only concerns olive oil; there is no return option for other products).

In the event that the reason for your return pertains to the company’s error, we undertake to bear the cost for the product’s return, under the condition that the return was carried out by the ‘Geniki Taxydromiki’ forwarding company (for orders within Greece).
For returns within Greece and through the partner courier, the company shall receive the product within 1-2 working days from the time you sent it.
In the event that you choose a different forwarding company, we cannot provide any guarantees on when we will receive the products you wish to return. If you select to send the product by post, we will not be able to receive your return.

General Terms for Returns

•      If you wish to return a product, you can search and find out about the process you need to follow using the relevant field ‘product replacement request’. You must return the product in excellent condition, as you received it.
  
•      Upon receiving the product, we will process your request immediately and notify you via email on how it will be fulfilled.

•      The shipping costs for products that have been ordered using the ‘cash on delivery’ payment method, but which have not been received, shall be borne by the customer.

•      Product replacement requests are not supported for orders outside Greece.
 
•      As we wish to provide you with the best possible service, the company grants you the right to submit any complaints online at [email protected]
