Order cancellations can only be accepted in the time period before they have been processed and the item has been delivered (i.e. the consignment note has not been issued), either via email or by phone. You can get updates on the status of your order either by phone or by sending an email.
You can cancel your order before proceeding to its payment by sending an email with the subject:
“Order cancellation + order number...”, and the competent department of Savouidakis SA will contact you directly to cancel your order.
If you have placed an order and selected bank transfer as the payment method, and the deposit has not been completed within 7 days, then the order is automatically cancelled by our system.
