Let’s cook... Artichokes à la Savouidakis!

Ingredients (serves 4):
• 8 cleaned artichokes
• 2 diced potatoes
• 1 spring onion
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1/2 cup SAVOU extra virgin olive oil
• Dill, salt, pepper
Instructions:
Sauté onion and potatoes in olive oil. Add artichokes, dill, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Cover and simmer for ~30 mins until tender. Serve warm with fresh bread.
