Let’s cook... Watermelon & Feta Salad à la Savouidakis!

Refreshing and full of contrasts, this summer salad comes to life with our authentic extra virgin olive oil.


 Ingredients (serves 2):
• 2 slices of watermelon, cubed
• 100g feta cheese, crumbled or cubed
• A handful of fresh mint or basil
• Zest of 1 lime (optional)
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 2–3 tbsp SAVOU extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:
Place the watermelon in a shallow bowl. Add the feta, herbs, and lime zest on top. Sprinkle with pepper. Finish with a few generous spoonfuls of SAVOU extra virgin olive oil and enjoy… summer on a plate!
