Let’s cook… Chilled Summer Tomato Soup à la Savouidakis!

Cool, fresh, and full of Greek flavor — made even better with a golden drizzle of our extra virgin olive oil.

 Ingredients (serves 4):
• 6 ripe tomatoes, chopped
• 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
• ½ red bell pepper
• 1 small garlic clove
• Fresh basil leaves
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• Salt & freshly ground pepper
• Cold water (as needed to thin)
• Savou Extra Virgin Olive Oil (squeeze bottle)

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients (except olive oil) until smooth. Add cold water as needed to reach a light, velvety texture. Taste and adjust seasoning. Chill for 1–2 hours.
Pour into shallow bowls and grab your Savouidakis precision squeeze bottle.
