Savouidakis Olive Oils is a family-owned Greek company based in Agia Varvara, Heraklion, Crete, specializing in the production, storage, packaging, trading, and export of olive oil since 2012.
Rooted in the rich olive-growing heritage of Crete, we have built a company that combines tradition with innovation, offering premium-quality Greek olive oil and tailored solutions for international markets. Today, we proudly serve importers, distributors, retailers, food manufacturers, and HoReCa professionals across the globe.
From day one, our mission has been simple: to deliver authentic Greek olive oil while building long-lasting partnerships based on quality, reliability, and trust.
Our Journey
From the Domestic Market to Global Export Success
Savouidakis Olive Oils began its journey in 2012, focusing initially on the Greek domestic market. During our first years, we established strong partnerships with retailers, wholesalers, food stores, and HoReCa businesses, gaining valuable industry expertise and a deep understanding of customer needs.
As demand for high-quality Greek olive oil continued to grow, we expanded internationally in 2018 through our brands LOF, Golden Creta, and Savoil Vivre. This marked the beginning of our export journey and laid the foundation for a growing international network across Europe, North America, and Asia.
In 2020, we relocated to modern facilities in Crete, significantly expanding our storage, handling, and packaging capabilities. That same year, we launched the Olive Oil Masterclass by Savouidakis, an educational initiative designed to promote olive oil knowledge and appreciation among professionals and consumers.
In 2021, we strengthened our supply chain by establishing a new logistics center in Athens, enhancing operational efficiency and customer service both in Greece and abroad.
In 2022, we significantly expanded our presence in the North American market. Building on this momentum, in 2023 we introduced Savou, our new international brand developed with a clear vision: to become the flagship brand of our company across the entire American continent and represent a modern expression of premium Greek olive oil in international markets.
Today, we continue to invest in growth, innovation, and sustainability while remaining committed to the values that have guided us from the beginning.
