This colorful Veggie Chips Mix celebrates the season’s finest produce: sweet potato, carrot, beetroot, pumpkin, and zucchini, roasted with SAVOU Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a light, crispy, and flavorful result.

Method

  • Slice the vegetables into very thin rounds (a mandoline slicer is highly recommended).
  • Drizzle with SAVOU Extra Virgin Olive Oil, season with sea salt and wild oregano, and toss gently to coat.

Oven Method

  • Arrange the vegetables on a parchment-lined baking tray and bake at 160°C (320°F) using conventional top-and-bottom heat for 25–35 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

Air Fryer Method

  • Cook at 150°C (300°F) for 10–15 minutes in small batches, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Allow the chips to cool completely for an even crispier texture.

Serving Suggestions

  • Enjoy them on their own as a light and healthy snack.
  • Serve with Greek yogurt and fresh herbs as a delicious dip.
  • Add them to cheese or charcuterie boards.
  • Use them as a wholesome alternative to French fries.
