Farfalle with sour cream & Florina pepper


1 pack farfalle pasta
2 Florina peppers, finely chopped
1 pack sour cream
2 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
Salt, pepper, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, salami
2 tbsp. "Lof" Extra Virgin Olive Oil



Boil and strain the pasta.
In a pan, heat the "Lof" Extra Virgin Olive Oil and add the Florina pepper, cherry tomatoes and salami.
Stir well and season with pepper.
Add the sour cream and, when heated but before coming to a boil, add the pasta and stir well.
Add salt, parsley and feta cheese.
Mix well and serve.
