Farfalle with sour cream & Florina pepper
Ingredients
• 1 pack farfalle pasta
• 2 Florina peppers, finely chopped
• 1 pack sour cream
• 2 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
• Salt, pepper, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, salami
• 2 tbsp. "Lof" Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Execution
• Boil and strain the pasta.
• In a pan, heat the "Lof" Extra Virgin Olive Oil and add the Florina pepper, cherry tomatoes and salami.
• Stir well and season with pepper.
• Add the sour cream and, when heated but before coming to a boil, add the pasta and stir well.
• Add salt, parsley and feta cheese.
• Mix well and serve.
