Fish fillet with mustard sauce

Ingredients
• 2 frozen fish fillets (approx. 200 g each)
• 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
• 2 tsp. mustard
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 2-3 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
• Salt - pepper
• Pdo Messara Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Golden Creta Savouidakis"
Execution
• Thaw the fish fillets and cut them into large pieces.
• You can use any fish fillet you prefer, such as perch, cod etc.
• Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and mix them well.
• Cook the sauce in a saucepan over low heat until it thickens.
• You can also add salt (optional).
• Place the fish fillets with Pdo Messara Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Golden Creta Savouidakis" on a baking tray or a baking dish.
