Ingredients

2 frozen fish fillets (approx. 200 g each)
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2-3 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
Salt - pepper
Pdo Messara Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Golden Creta Savouidakis" 

 

Execution

Thaw the fish fillets and cut them into large pieces.
You can use any fish fillet you prefer, such as perch, cod etc.
Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and mix them well.
Cook the sauce in a saucepan over low heat until it thickens.
You can also add salt (optional).
Place the fish fillets with Pdo Messara Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Golden Creta Savouidakis" on a baking tray or a baking dish.
