Ingredients

1 pack spaghetti
400 g sour cream
1 large can with sliced mushrooms
300 g bacon, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Pdo Messara Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Golden Creta Savouidakis"
Salt and pepper
Grated parmesan cheese for serving

 

Execution

Heat the Pdo Messara Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Golden Creta Savouidakis" in a pot and sauté the bacon for a few minutes.
Add the mushrooms and flip them over for another 2-3 mins with the bacon.
Add the sour cream, salt and pepper and, when it comes to a boil, remove from the heat.
Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the boiling instructions on the pack, strain and mix with the sauce.
Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
