• 1 pack spaghetti
• 400 g sour cream
• 1 large can with sliced mushrooms
• 300 g bacon, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp. Pdo Messara Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Golden Creta Savouidakis"
• Salt and pepper
• Grated parmesan cheese for serving
• Heat the Pdo Messara Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Golden Creta Savouidakis" in a pot and sauté the bacon for a few minutes.
• Add the mushrooms and flip them over for another 2-3 mins with the bacon.
• Add the sour cream, salt and pepper and, when it comes to a boil, remove from the heat.
• Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the boiling instructions on the pack, strain and mix with the sauce.
• Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
