Shrimps with feta and Cretan Striftaria "Savouidakis"

Ingredients

• 1 carton box of Cretan Striftaria "Savouidakis" 
• 20 medium frozen shrimps
•  ½ cup of coffee Pop Messara Extra Virgin Olive Oil Bio "Golden Creta Savouidakis"
• garlic cloves finely chopped
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 1 wineglass of Wine White Dry Wine "Aspro Pato"
• 1 pepper in sticks
• 1 tsp. sweet dried mint
• 1 tsp. teaspoon of sugar
• 1 can of canned tomatoes
• 2 tomatoes scraped on a grater
• 200g.  feta cheese in cubes
• fresh mint, finely chopped
• salt, pepper 

Execution 
• Thaw the shrimps, wash them and remove their entrails. 
• In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and sauté the chopped onion, garlic and finally add the shrimps for 1 minute.
• Add the pepper and sauté for two more minutes.
• Deglaze with the wine and, after the alcohol has evaporated, add the small tomatoes and the scraped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and add the dried mint and sugar.
• Allow the sauce to simmer until the shrimps are thick and cooked.
• When the shrimps are cooked, remove them from the pot, add 0.5 liters of water and bring to a boil.
• Add the Cretan Casarecce "Savouidakis", let it boil for 6-10 minutes and add water if necessary. 3 minutes before turning off the heat, add the shrimp to the sauce and cook them together for the last few minutes.
• Finally, add the feta cheese and fresh mint. 
• Stir and serve on plates, adding more chopped mint and freshly ground pepper.
