Green salad with pork pancetta

Ingredients

300 g pork pancetta, in cubes
200 g spinach, cut into pieces
½ lettuce, cut into pieces
1 red pepper, in thin strips
1 yellow pepper, in thin strips
1 spring onion, finely chopped
½ bunch of rocket, finely chopped
Cherry tomatoes
Salt


For the sauce

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 
1 tbsp. vinegar 
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. "Lof" Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp. sesame
1 clove of garlic, crushed
Pepper

 

Execution

Divide the spinach, lettuce and peppers in three medium bowls, add a little salt and mix.
In a shaker, add the Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar, "Lof" Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sesame, garlic and pepper.
Beat them until homogenized.
In a non-stick pan, add the pancettas and sauté for 5-7 mins until they get a light brown color.
Add the pork pancettas in the vegetable bowl directly from the pan (without the oil). 
Place the onion and rocket on top and pour the sauce over them.
