Chicken fillet with Orange

Ingredients
• 3 chicken fillets cut into small bites
• 1½ - 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Liolado Savouidakis"
• juice from 4 oranges
• 1 orange peel
• 2 tablespoons of mild mustard
• Salt, freshly ground pepper
• Oregano
• Olive Oil with Orange "Mediterranean Flavors Savouidakis"
Execution
• Squeeze 4 oranges.
• Wash the chicken and cut it into small pieces.
• You let it drain.
• Mix the Extra Virgin Olive Oil with the mustard and orange juice.
• Once the chicken is drained, place it in a round dish with the orange mustard and olive oil mixture for 2-3 hours to marinate.
• Then in a non-stick frying pan, place the chicken and marinade and cook for 10 minutes over high heat.
• Then lower the heat and let it cook for another 20 minutes.
• Add a little extra water if necessary.
• Serve the fillets with the orange sauce on top.
• Elevate your dish with a few drops of olive oil flavoured with orange "Mediterranean Tastes Savouidakis" raw at the end.
• Serve with a garnish of your choice.
