Chicken fillet with Orange

Ingredients

• 3 chicken fillets cut into small bites
1½ - 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Liolado Savouidakis"
juice from 4 oranges
1 orange peel
2 tablespoons of mild mustard
Salt, freshly ground pepper
Oregano
Olive Oil with Orange "Mediterranean Flavors Savouidakis"


Execution

Squeeze 4 oranges.
Wash the chicken and cut it into small pieces.
You let it drain.
 Mix the Extra Virgin Olive Oil with the mustard and orange juice.
 Once the chicken is drained, place it in a round dish with the orange mustard and olive oil mixture for 2-3 hours to marinate.
Then in a non-stick frying pan, place the chicken and marinade and cook for 10 minutes over high heat.
Then lower the heat and let it cook for another 20 minutes.
Add a little extra water if necessary.
Serve the fillets with the orange sauce on top.
Elevate your dish with a few drops of olive oil flavoured with orange "Mediterranean Tastes Savouidakis" raw at the end.
Serve with a garnish of your choice.
