Honey Cake

Ingredients 

• 1 cup of "Lof" Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 2 cups of Cretan Thyme Honey by Savouidakis 
• 1 cup of orange juice
• 1 tsp.vanilla
• The zest from 1 lemon 
• 3 tsp. baking powder 
• 3 cups of wholemeal flour

Execution

• Preheat the oven to 180 C.
• Add one by one the ingredients in the mixer bowl and beat them at medium speed.
• Pour the mixture into a well-oiled cookery mould and bake for 45-50 minutes.
