Cookies with cocoa and brown sugar
Ingredients
• 100 g brown sugar
• 100 g Cretan "Thyme Honey by Savouidakis"
• 150 g "Lof" Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 2 eggs
• 400 g all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp. cocoa
• 1 pinch of salt
• Orange or lemon zest
• 400 couverture, melted
• 150 g drops of white chocolate
• 200 g drops of dark chocolate
Execution
• Use a whisk to mix the olive oil, the sugar, the Cretan "Honey with Thyme by Savouidakis" and the zest.
• Add the eggs and stir.
• Slowly add the melted chocolate and stir again.
• Combine the flour with the cocoa and add them to the mix.
• Finally, add the drops and stir so that they go everywhere.
• Shape the mix into little balls or take spoonfuls from the mixture and add them on a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
• Bake at 160-170°C using the convection function for 8-10 mins.
