• 2 salmon fillets
• 4 tbsp. Pdo Messara Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Golden Creta Savouidakis"
• 1 tsp. salt
• Preheat the oven to 180°C.
• Mix the olive oil and salt together in a bowl.
• Rub the mix on the salmon fillets.
• Wrap each fillet in greaseproof paper with some of the remaining mix.
• Cook in the oven for 25-30 mins.
