Sardines with oregano


1 kg sardine, headless
200 gr "Lof" Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt, pepper and oregano
50 ml water 
4 cloves of garlic, sliced



Add all ingredients on a baking tray.
Check the mix to make sure the quantity of olive oil, salt and pepper is according to your preference, then add the fish.
Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 mins.
