Sardines with oregano
Ingredients
• 1 kg sardine, headless
• 200 gr "Lof" Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Salt, pepper and oregano
• 50 ml water
• 4 cloves of garlic, sliced
Execution
• Add all ingredients on a baking tray.
• Check the mix to make sure the quantity of olive oil, salt and pepper is according to your preference, then add the fish.
• Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 mins.
