Cod with garlic dip


Salted cod
1 can of beer
2 cloves of garlic 
2 slices of bread (stale)
2 tbsp. "Lof" Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 handful of walnuts
Salt - white pepper
1 tsp. vinegar
Parsley (optional)



Remove the skin from the cod and place the cod in the water.
It must remain in the water for 24 to 36 hours and the water must be changed 3-4 times, so that the fish does not completely lose its flavor.
Prepare the batter by adding flour and beer in a large bowl until it looks like a mush and it sticks well to the fish, without dripping.
Add salt only after trying the batter.
Fry in a non-stick pan with very hot "Lof" Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a short time. 
On the previous day, you should make the garlic sauce, as it is preferable that it stays in the fridge for one day in order to get the taste right.
In the Multi, add the bread, the garlic, the salt, the vinegar, the walnuts and the "Lof" Extra Virgin Olive Oil slowly, constantly beating them together.
