Cereal crackers with extra virgin olive oil


2 cups wholemeal rye flour
1 cup oats
1 cup roasted sesame
½ cup flax seeds
2 tbsp. ground flax seeds
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds
2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
½ cup "Lof" Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp. brown sugar 
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
2 cups of hot water



Gather all the ingredients in a bowl. 
Add the hot water and stir. 
Allow 20-30 mins for the cereal to absorb the liquids. 
Spread the mix on a baking tray with greaseproof paper and sprinkle with some sesame. 
You can mentally divide it into squares.
Cook in a preheated oven for 1 ½ hour at 180°C.
Open the oven door and leave the crackers to cool off inside the oven.
Once they have cooled off, they will become crispy.
