Privacy Policy

In order to conduct any transactions through our e-shop for the purpose of ordering company products, you will be asked to provide certain personal data.

When you place an order, we will request that you provide your full name, the address where the products will be shipped, your landline telephone number (or any other telephone number of your choice), your email address and, in the event that you have selected the credit card as the payment method, the card’s number, expiration date and 3-digit security code.

This data shall be processed by the company in compliance with article 7a par. 1(b) of Law 2472/1997 for the purpose of processing the order placed by the customer and it shall not be disclosed, published or sold to third parties in any way, unless the procedure for lifting confidentiality provided for by law is initiated (Law 2225/1994) or if there is such an obligation arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006.

You personal data shall be disclosed to the competent bank (e.g. credit card number) and it shall be deleted from our database immediately upon the completion of your order, thus ensuring an even higher level of security.
Member deletion:

If a member wishes to be deleted from our databases, they will have to send us an email at [email protected] with the subject “Member deletion”. However, if orders have been registered in the member’s name, the account cannot be deactivated, as it will have been entered in our database.
