IFS Food - GFSI Standard
The IFS (International Food Standard) is a private food safety and quality certification standard, managed by IFS Management GmbH and developed by the German Retail Federation (HDE) and the French Retail Federation (FCD), with the participation of the Italian Unions (CONAD, COOP).
The IFS Food standard can be applied by businesses that process food or that pack bulk food products. The IFS Food standard is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

Certificate of Registration in the National Producers’ Registry - Hellenic Recycling Agency
The Hellenic Recycling Agency (HRA) is a legal person governed by private law, non-profit-making, with full administrative and financial autonomy. It is subject to the supervision and control of the Hellenic Ministry of Environment and Energy. Its main purpose is to design and implement the policy on alternative packaging and other product waste management, subject to Law 2939/2001, as amended by Law 4496/2017 and in force.
The Agency was established under article 24 of Law 2939/2001, initially as the Hellenic Organization for the Alternative Management of Packaging and Other Products, and it was lately renamed under article 46 of Law 4042/2012 to “HELLENIC RECYCLING AGENCY - HRA”.

DIO: Organic Products Certification
DIO has been authorized by the Hellenic Ministry of Agricultural Development and Food as an Official Body for the Inspection & Certification of Organic Products since July 21, 1993, in accordance with the European legislation.

AGROCERT: Protected Designation of Origin
Protected designation of origin (PDO) means the name of a region, which is used in the description of an agricultural product produced in the said region and whose quality or characteristics are mainly or exclusively due to the particular geographical environment.

The Greek Mark certifies the origin of the products and services produced in Greece. It is an official Mark of the Greek State and it is awarded in accordance with the Award Regulations, separately for each product and service category.

ISO 22000:2005
The ISO 22000 standard sets out the general requirements related to the development, application and improvement of a company’s Food Safety Management System. The ISO 22000 standard is addressed to all companies that are directly or indirectly involved in the food chain and it can be applied by all businesses, regardless of their size and complexity.
